We're looking for a Digital Agriculture Consultant to help bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and real-world farming. In this role, you'll work with farmers, field agents, and agri-businesses to implement digital tools that enhance productivity, resilience, and sustainability.You'll guide users through digital transformation journeys — from onboarding to optimization — and ensure that technology becomes a valuable, easy-to-use part of everyday agriculture.
Key responsibilities:
Implement digital agriculture platforms, farm management tools, and mobile-based applications
Conduct onboarding, training, and ongoing support for farmers and agronomists using digital tools
Analyze sensor, satellite, and field data to generate actionable insights
Customize digital solutions based on regional needs, crop types, and climate conditions
Work with internal product and tech teams to improve platform usability and localization
Translate complex data into farmer-friendly reports, visuals, and recommendations
Monitor adoption rates and identify barriers to digital engagement in the field
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agritech, Data Science, or related field
2+ years of experience in digital agriculture, tech consulting, or agri-data management
Strong understanding of agricultural practices and how they intersect with technology
Experience with remote sensing, GIS, IoT tools, or mobile farming platforms
Excellent communication and training skills for diverse, non-technical audiences
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and explain farm data clearly
Ability to work across teams and travel for on-site client engagement when needed
