Job description
We’re looking for a hands-on agri-tech expert to help farmers integrate smart technologies into their daily operations. You’ll be the bridge between innovation and the field — supporting IoT deployment, sensor calibration, and digital platform adoption.
Key responsibilities:
Install and calibrate on-farm technologies including sensors, weather stations, irrigation controls, and field monitoring systems
Provide hands-on training and support to farmers and field agents using digital agriculture platforms
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades or fixes in the field
Collect and analyze data from digital tools to improve agronomic recommendations and system efficiency
Collaborate with R&D and product teams to adapt solutions to local environments and evolving challenges
Document field processes, user feedback, and system performance to inform continuous improvement
Support pilots, demos, and trials of emerging agricultural technologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agritech, Agronomy, or related field
2+ years of experience in digital agriculture, agri-tech implementation, or precision farming tools
Familiarity with agri-software platforms, GPS tools, sensors, drones, or farm automation systems
Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to work independently in the field and train non-technical users
Passion for innovation in agriculture and sustainable food systems
Willingness to travel regionally for site visits and deployments
