Marine conservation is one of our core principles . We practice responsible waste management, habitat preservation, and participate in continuing environmental education and advocacy.
Water Quality
In conjunction with Blue Water Task Force and Miami Surfrider Foundation we conduct daily water quality sampling and testing.
Habitat Protection
Over the years we have engaged in a continuous mangrove reforestation effort along the shoreline perimeters of our wet slip basin as well as northern shoreline along the Marine Stadium Basin
True Recycling and Composting
We have partnered with Compost For Life as well as Glass for Life in sorting all of the recyclable and compostable waste generated on site. To date, we have diverted tens of thousands of pounds of reusable waste from our local landfills.
